Apparently sewers in town centre: very little detail. Letters refer variously to Plaintiff's Old Weir, etc, and Defendent's Old Weir, etc. Dated '1850AD' in pencil. Sewers might be later addition: some buildings (e.g. Town Hall, Market Hall) certainly are, in red.
