Seems to be straightforward copy from Ordnance Survey, including its double-track railway symbol, but with some differences in uses of lettering styles. Bottom right: 'Published with Abel Heywood & Sons series of penny guide books (price together 2d)'. BLML RD blue 23 Oc 1871, but lacks Wellington-Marsh Lane connecting line [cf Exeter 19761].
