Recorded off copy (3) in MPHH 1/85. Dated '1813' in TNA [PRO] catalogue, but note that it does not show the new dock of the 1770s, and the town is far less well developed on the NW side than on the Hargrave map of 1791 [Exeter 18707]: the 'situation date' is more Seven Years War than Napoleonic.
