Scale measured as 1 inch to 144 paces, 1:8640. [Pasted at the front is a letter from Edward Lynam to D. Grenside, 16 November 1935, in which Lynam says it is the earliest copy he has seen and that it probably came out in the year of the licence, 1699.]
