Dated c.1830 in BLML 1967 catalogue. Derived closely from Pigott Smith 1825 [Exeter 20759]; includes 'Hanover Terrace' too far up the hill, but not the reservoir: cf the earlier Sleath/Saunders map [Exeter 20760]. Also adds a rope walk east of Claremont Place.
