Copied May 1833 by Morris from a survey made in 1826-7 by Willm Fowler. Note at top says this is the private property of the Revd Charles Girdlestone. Fields numbered: no reference apparent. Includes table of population in 1821 and 1831, by 'village' and ecclesiastical district, with three more blank columns, one of which has 1851 figures added in pencil.
