Recorded from negative photocopy, 67%: dimensions compensated. Estate map, dated 1763 in NAS catalogue: later additions, e.g. 'part of the annexed estate of Perth' to the title. Written description of Town of Auchterarder, bottom right, noting possiblities for change: notes there are about 120 families. 'They are in general a civilised, humane, and industrious sort of people, very tractable in learning any thing that may tend to their advantage and its hoped will be forward enough to improvements, they were not only loyal but suffered for the same.'
