Recorded from Oxford Historical Society version. Scales treated as 1 inch to 30 paces (using a 60-inch pace, this is 1:1800) on basis of scale bar, which is graduated in Particularum, Pass, Vilarum. Notes in Latin and English around the map, including one in English as to the author's apprehensions as to publishing it until he had made that of London.
