Prepared in connexion with a lawsuit: foreshore, etc, shown inn great detail, with notes of spring tide overflowings, etc, notes of dates of embanking, and reference to areas embanked, but tOWN Fs rather rudimentary. Some mid-19th-century-looking sans-serif lettering, e.g. 'Wells Town', but seems genuine.
