'Reference to the plan of the parish of Twickenham, Middlesex; surveyed in the years 1813 and 1814; corrected in 1845; by W.T. Warren, Isleworth, land surveyor and draughtsman to His Royal Highness the Duke of Cambridge.', Brentford: printed by M.A. Norbury, Post Office. Royal arms on cover. 1 page note on [p.3]; 74 subscribers (pp 5-6), of whom the Duke of Northumberland took two copies: others include Thomas Bygrave, 14 Clements Inn, Messrs E. & G.N. Driver, Richmond Terrace, Whitehall, and Messrs Sanderson & Ryde, King St, Westminster. Reference gives names of proprietors and 'description', i.e. land-use, and acreage.
