Comments on map:
The interest of Exeter 23291 and 23292 is in showing in detail the streets and buildings due to be demolished to make way for the docks. This is rather less elaborate in style than is Exeter 23291. Note bottom right on numbers of ships to be accomodated. Rowe published a similar map for the East and West India Docks, in the Isle of Dogs (copy at K.Top.21.24), but that did not involve extensive urban change.
