'Feb. to May 1853' in title: Tithe Commission stamp, 20 June 1853, Poor Law Board stamp, smudged, __ ?June 1853. Now framed and screwed to strongroom wall. Up-market 'plain plan' style. PAI/1/246/1 is 'Particulars of the Valuation of the Parish of Fulham for Assessment made 1853. I.M. McClure Surveyor' [from cover]. Inside are typed extracts of 1893 from the Vestry minutes, showing the the survey was made following a Vestry resolution of 8 August 1850. Title page is part of printed 4-sided pro forma, (Shaw & Son, Fetter Lane) which includes 'Notes on Plan of Valuation.' 'It may be useful to observe... that the Columns 1, 2, 3, and 4, will necessarily be taken from the Book of Reference connected with the Plan, (if there be a Plan), and that the Churchwardens and Overseers in making out a rate will only have to deal with Columns 5, 6, 7, 8, 9, 10, and 11, which they can copy into the Rate Book.'
