Accompanying booklet favours Literary & Historical, and is dated 1899; BM RD is 8 Aug 1899 [blue]. Extracted from larger map, as evidenced by incomplete names, with broad streets: not Bartholomew, and not scruffy enough to be Bacon. No printer for booklet, or map. Copious advertising shows that it was aimed at a fairly up-market clientele, perhaps from overseas.
