Comments on map:
Ralph Hyde's 176.B.6. Top left is inset a 1:31,680 extension from Putney Bridge to Wimbledon. Scale originally recorded as 3.72 inches to 1 mile, i.e. 1:17,032: this does not readily 'rationalise'. [Ralph Hyde records it as 3.625 inches to 1 mile, 1:17,478, which does not rationalise very well, either.] Quite modern-looking.
