Relationship to other Crutchley offerings not determined: this one lacks the sand-bank in the Thames, but seems to derive from a larger plate, as witness some truncated names and apparently illogical use of sans-serif in places. Dated c.1876 in CUL card-index: shows route of circle line complete, but apparently no station at Tower Hill; does show Courts of Justice in Strand as built.
