Alpha-numeric border (no squaring) and reference to 'the churches and other public buildings' below map area: similar to Exeter 18689, of which this seems to be a re-engraving. Usual named river stairs (and marked lack of named quays and wharfs, i.e. fully characteristic of Rocque-type maps). Scale provided both by furlong-bar and half-mile graduated border.
