[Main map:] 'Map of the parish of Wainfleet All Saints in the county of Lincoln. Surveyed 1870.' [Enlargement:] 'Town Plan.'
Comments on map:
Whole parish at 1:4752 with inhabited buildings distinguished; town at 1:2376, with no such distinction, but owner-colour. No cadaster, etc, but all plots numbered: rating seems likely. Includes the railway, integral to the drawing, though not opened until 1871: presumably it was fenced rather earlier. [Map has been attacked by paper-worm: the consequent holes give a very curious look to it, but the worms don't seem to have eaten into anything of outstanding importance.]
