Comments on map:
Undated: includes the Altrincham railway. 'Street references' flank the map: wordy note at bottom explains the alpha-numeric referencing system. The map seems to be a straightforward transcription of Ordnance Survey 1:10,560, with simplifications (e.g. omissions of hedgerow trees and railway sidings), but the spacing of township name lettering, e.g., is rather erratic.
