Like Exeter 20063, this shows a radial arrangement, i.e. numerous streets which were never built, rather than the grid arrangement in the western part of the town. The few actual buildings shown in the western part might be reliable, but the larger detached villas in the eastern part certainly are not. Not much of concrete interest.
