Comments on map:
This is perhaps a predecessor of the 'missing' Philips map of 1895: it is stylistically possible. Dating of c.1882 is by library: this copy is an old, ?c.1900, photograph. This map makes one realise why street maps of residential areas just don't really say anything in the 19th century, which is perhaps why there are apparently so few of them.
