Transcript by W. Holmes, Feb. 1988: location of original uncertain, but librarian suggests that it could still be at Accrington Town Hall. Scale suggests a 1:528 companion (but cf Exeter 19317). Note top right that the plan is same as that referred to in order of Poor Law Board of 5 Sept 1863: another note by the title says 'L24,200 P.Impt Loan'.
