This appears to be as much proposal as achievement: not easy to tie up with 1870s OS. Scale measured as 3.5 ins to 900 ft: 1:2640 seems a good fit. T.W. Collard was also responsible for the tithe map of Herne parish of 1839, at 1:3168 (Exeter 03791).
