One of three maps classified as for the Folkestone Improvement Act, 1855, but 'Folkestone Improvements' has been stuck on and the map is signed in manuscript 'Martin Bulmer Archt John B. Horn Surveyor November 1854': it looks like an adaptation of an existing, more-general-purpose, map. Accompanied by 1:3960 tracing of a larger area, which omits buildings, and by manuscript sewer sections.
