Note of population, water supply and fire-fighting equipment on graphic index sheet at 1:3600, which covers a larger area than the detailed plans. Letterpress index to streets and 'specials', i.e. commercial premises, public buildings, etc. The index sheet seems to have been produced originally in November 1899, but has a pasted slip of March 1905, when the town was surveyed.
