'Map of the Town and County of the Town of Southampton from actual survey, made in the years 1842 & 1843 in which the boundaries of the borough, the municipal, parochial, and all other boundaries are clearly defined and the docks, railway and terminus, banks, hotels, public buildings and establishments conspicuously distinguished shewing also the soundings of the harbour and the River Itchen together with sections of the Artesian Well, the railway to Winchester, and the geology of the Hampshire Basin.'
