'Map of the parish of Walthamstow in the County of Essex. Surveyed by George B. Jerram A.M.I.C.E. June 1888.'
Comments on map:
A label pasted on below the title indicates that the map has been corrected by Jerram to March 1889: his work was presumably that of adding to an Ordnance Survey base, rather than starting ab initio. Entry from fuzzy printout from aperture card: nuances have doubtless been overlooked. Extensive sans-serif lettering: quite 'modern-looking'.
