This looks like a proof: title not engraved, scale only in outline. It also looks as though it is at least partly reconstruction, possibly of the 1820s or thereabouts. Most public buildings lettered: no reference to hand. Perhaps a map to be categorised as saying more about its making than about the landscape which it purports to depict.
