Birds-eye view as much as a map: reveals nothing of street-pattern. No text at all. [Pasted at the front is a letter from Edward Lynam to D. Grenside, 16 November 1935, in which Lynam says it is the earliest copy he has seen and that it probably came out in the year of the licence, 1699.]
