Bottom right is a note: 'This map was made by Henry Troake for me prior to obtaining the Topsham Improvement Act in July 1843 to ascertain the extent and Amount of Property to be rated to the Improvement Rate as well as to denote the boundary. Francis Davy. 1842.' [sic] All divisions numbered: no cadaster available.
