Comments on map:
A puzzling map. All fields numbered: no reference available. The construction lines suggest rating, and the lack of text and general style are certainly in 'plain working plan' style (though the trees are more decorative), but there are no Tithe Commission stamps, e.g. The apparent 'industrial owners' are baffling. Stated in Sheffield Library cards to be a half-scale reduction, so scale and dimensions have been compensated.
