In 'Plans of the several estates and farms belonging to Greenwich Hospital, in the counties of Cumberland, Northumberland, and Durham. From actual surveys. 1805.' (Letterpress title and contents, engraved maps to a very high standard.) Most of the maps, including this one, are undated, but some in Northumberland, placed earlier in the volume, are dated 1824, and the Keswick map may likewise be much later than 1805. At (155) in the same volume is 'Plan of Keswick estate in the county of Cumberland. I. Dickinson surveyor.', 1:3168, n.d., also engraved by Walker, and duplicating cover of the town.
