Bottom left is a note that conditions as to and rates of feuing can be had on application to Messrs Turner & Son, Factors, Braehead, Kilmarnock, or to Wharrie, Colledge & Brand, C.E., 109 Bath St, Glasgow. Comparison with later mapping shows that the scheme here (which antedates the construction of the Troon loop line) was not wholly realised, notably the central park.
