Comments on map:
Recorded from undated, evidently fairly modern, reproduction. This is possibly an Ordnance Survey transcript in origin, but may also derive partly from the Gibb map of 1862 [Exeter 21996]; it is not the same as the 1:7200 map of 1885 [Exeter 21806], or the 1883 map [Exeter 22930], which is very simlar, but drawn separately. Scale-bar eccentriclly graduated, but 1:7200 seems 'best fit'.
