Main text on map is English, including scale of English feet, with reference to streets, churches, etc, somewhat patchily rendered into German. Good on open spaces, e.g. Lincolns Inn Fields, but very lacking on public buildings, palaces, etc: perhaps the sign of a 'compilation map'.
